i got the deversion program pc1000 i faled to apear at court

for my progress report can clear my warent without facing time in la county jail i was realeasd on OR after being arrested for possesion of controld subs..?

It is in your best interest to go to court as soon as possible. If you wish to avoid any additional jail time, then you should retain an attorney. An attorney can lessen your chances of recieving any added penalties.
