Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i am being harassed
I am being harassed by more than 1 neighbor and also feel that i and my 13 yr. old daughter hav been subjected to some sort of video taping while we are taking showers and while using other parts of our apt., I am on a continues basis, cussed at,rumors spread,yelled at while cleaning apt.(dishes, vaacuuming, showers)ect. i have taped some if not most of the harassment in which i have discovered that I and my daughter may be somehow posted on the internet without my consent or knowledge. I in passing hav met a couple of these neigghbors that I feel are directly or indirectly involved, but am not sure who the others may be since i do not know any other neighbors. I live in a large apt. complex w/ many units I am upstairs in a 2 bdrm.apt. wut can i do? I am a single parent W/no income please help?
