Re: horse sale

A horse is a horse, so says the source. But no one should buy from this source, a horse,

Because the source that sold the horse

Is located on the 'net.

Lawyers yackety yak and speak

and charge you by the hour

And if you want your money back,

Well, only the courts have the power.

A horse from this source, we can't endorse,

'Cause nobody wants a generic horse,

For some things such as a real live horse --

Don't-buy-on-the-'net!

While Mr. Stone's advice is both peotic and sagely, it doesn't answer your whole question. Filing fraud charges with the local law enforcement agency is the best way to address the situation, but you may sue in civil court in MN.

The best action, as Mr. Stone points out, is to not get involved in dealing for such commodities as horses over the internet in the first place, especially without checking out past customers experiences first.
