Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My husband was just charged with 11350H&S, 11377 H&S, 466PC. I don't know what these charges mean & what might happen to him. He is not giving me much information other than he was arrested in the middle of the night in Modesto, CA (we live in San Jose & he left while I was asleep, I didn't even know he was gone). We have a small baby as well & I just want to know if there are any steps I should be taking in order to protect myself & my baby. I am already debating a divorce due to many factors. He has not worked in over a year & I a working part-time but in September will be laid off. I just recently found out our electricity was cut off but he rigged the box somehow & our water has been cut off as well but he hooked us up to her supply (w/her permission) - Feeling scared, lost & confused.

Health & Safety Code 11350 is a drug possession offense. If the drug is heroin or cocaine, it is a felony. Other drugs fall under this section and are a misdemeanor.

Methamphetamine possession is the most common offense charged under Health & Safety Code 11377, but it also includes LSD and MDMA. It is a "wobbler," which means the DA can charge it as a felony or a misdemeanor.

Penal Code 466 is possession of burglary tools. It is a misdemeanor.
