Each of those felonies carry at least several years prison time potentially. If he has 2 or more prior 'strikes', then he faces '25 to life' on each new felony or serious [violent] misdemeanor. It's up to his attorney to defend with whatever he can, negotiate a plea bargain, or take it to trial and roll the dice before you will know what the actual sentence is.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give you any kind of accurate information regarding the amount of time your husband may be facing, given the information provided. In order to make reasonable assessment of your husband's situation, an attorney would need a lot more information. Just to start they would need to know about all his prior convictions, They would also need the information as to what exactly are the current charges that are pending and They would need to at least read a copy of the police report to understand the current situation.

If your husband has an private attorney, call the attorney and simply ask them. If your husband is represented by the public defender, ask them. They will not give you confidential information but they will understand your situation and give some kind of window of time.

Good luck
