Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was investigated by a police department whose individuals had received collectively thousands of dollars from the person who had them investigate me. Now I know I'm not crazy. That is unethical in the very least. A conflict of interest no? Bribery and Public Corruption? No matter the state I'm sure.
Tell me my frustration and anger is legit.
