Got in argument, cops said come talk to us. I said let me get dressed and proceeded to go back inside the house. As I was almost inside they drew their weapons and said stop or well shoot. I was drunk so I continued inside the house. Once inside I realized that I couldn�t stay inside or go back out, so I left the scene. The next day I heard the cops were looking for me so I turned myself in and posted $120,000 bail for Corporal Injury to Spouse (Felony), Corporal Injury resulting in a Traumatic Condition (Felony), Terrorists Threats (Misdemeanor), Resisting (Misdemeanor).

The DA has filed a Misdemeanor Battery and a Misdemeanor Resisting charge. My Spouse claims the only injury was a bruise about the size of a Quarter on her arm in the same place one of the officers grabbed her to keep her from going back inside the house. They took a picture of that injury. My spouse asked me what happens next, and I told her wait and see and that if it goes to trial to tell the truth. I have been attending AA Meetings and Marriage Counseling since this occurred. Considering the excessive bail and my seeking counseling and no prior record what are my odds at little or no jail with a good attorney? What would be a likely outcome?
