Not knowing whether you will be found guilty, not knowing whether you are charged with misdemeanors or misdemeanors and felonies, and not knowing what side of the bed the judges gets up on when and if you are sentenced I cannot tell you what your sentence will be. I can tell you that if you are charged with Health and Safety Code Section 11550, being under the influence the minimum sentence is 90 days or being placed in a drug program. But a good lawyer may be able to get the charge dismissed or reduced.
