Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
We and the judge thought it's in best interest in new life with his father, our son's case closed last year...they moved to Texas and now they're back and daughter threatened to charge me for abandon our son but he with his dad..we're both deaf. I went through with the court for 4 yrs with my son who showed NO improvement with me and broke the probation etc heavy drink and smoking....I'm shocked to see my daughter texted me with that attitude...judge and others saw how stress I was and their dad hardly ever help with 50 percent roles ...hardly virtually been in their lives up until they are teens (one is now 19 and son is 17 and son still with his dad)....
