Law enforcement has shot a lot of people in the state of Olympia, Washington. Most people are thinking it is excessive force. I was wondering when it may stop. Carl Thompson is getting away with beating a disabled man to death. Carl Thompson was a police officer at the time. When will this stop? Why should Carl Thompson go free?
