my lawer started out on retainer two months later the court recorder started listing him as a conflict panel lawer. Can he do that? the case was back in 2000 and lasted another year after the change in title. i know that a conflict panel lawer is a back up P.D. but i paid for a lawer i wasnet looking for a PD. this all take plase in California
