Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I live in California. I've made a suave using CBD marijuana and regular THC marijuana. it uses infused coconut oil, Shea butter and beeswax. It works wonders on pain and inflammation. My question is, is it legal for me to sell it to people in my community? Thank you so much!

Both CBD and THC 'products' and plants containing them are clearly illegal under federal law enforced by DEA. They have issued several rulings warning of that, thus impliedly threatening federal enforcement. Some states like CA have issued wishful thinking 'laws' that say it is legal to possess small quantities in CA. Sales, not so much. CA;s actions are disregarding the federal laws that are unaffected by state actions. Kinda' like the 'sanctuary cities' challenging federal law. This area of drug law is generally regarded as 'confusing', a polite way of saying nobody knows the answer to give to Californians, because nobody can predict whether DEA will soon reassert itself in CA and resume enforcement. That means the risk of federal arrest and prosecution is unknown. The risk to your may be small, but not non-existant. You will have to decide if it is worth the risk to peddle your product in addition to using it. One of your neighbors may be DEA that take offense at drug dealers in his community.
