i use a lot of meth and was charged with possession for sales i had just bought my weekly supply of 7grms its cheaper that way do u think i will be able to get it reduced or can i qualify for prop 36 or a drug rehab treatment because i cant stop this madness without help. its a victimless nonviolent crime except i am my own victim

This all really depends on your past criminal history, But if you don't have prior meth charges it could be reduced to a misdemeanor possession charge only and you can get the prop 36 program.

There's not a chance on the planet 7 grams of meth would be a misdemeanor in any court I've practiced in, in 25 years. However, you don't need a misdemeanor to get diversion or rehab. You need to get the charge dropped to a straight possession charge and then you could get diversion, depending on your record. I wish you well .......... David Wallin
