If you missed a court date, you now have a "failure to appear" arrest warrant issued against you. The early release by 'fed kick' will only make the judge and prosecutor less sympathetic to any 'story' of why you missed the appearance.

To 'handle' the warrant, you must return and go into court to face the new and the old charges, preferably with an attorney to minimize the likelihood of being taken into custody as soon as you appear. Your attorney will attempt to persuade the judge to recall the warrant and not prosecute the new 'failure to appear' criminal charge, and then re-set the case to the calendar.
