What does this mean?
PROS REL- DET ONLY - INTEREST OF JUSTICE
This arrest took place in Oakland, CA. 10/25/2011.
There was no court date. I am trying to get an airport security badge in Dallas, TX. and they seem to think the case may still me ongoing since it does not say DISMISSED.
Please advice.

It means that there was a detention and that you were not arrested.
