medical marijuana

all legal to grow. if say one plant is limit, would one plant cloned into five seperate containers still be one plant? the clone branches are from one plant.

Once some root material develops the separate clones would no doubt be considered separate plants. Even without root material, some DAs and certainly the feds would look at the clones as individual plants.
