Re: minor

You might have a problem on your hands. Your conduct might have been illegal, depending. Regardless, if the parents get pissed off, contact a good lawyer. Cases based on allegations of sexual behavior with minors, especially if they are as young as 14, never go away easily.

Get smart and do not engage in similar conduct again.

Re: minor

If you are over 18, and I was a parent, and you did this without permission, I would call the police and let them sort it out.

If this happens, contact my office. I may be able to help your weather this storm.

Re: minor

If the girl invited you to the house, if her parents had not previously told you to stay away, if she went willingly with you, and if you and she had no sexual contact (which includes many things besides intercourse), then what you describe was legal. As Mr. Hale notes, though, that won't necessarily prevent the parents from calling the police and giving you grief.

Of course, if the girl's story is different from yours, you may be in real trouble.
