Re: Misdemeanors or Felonies?

PC 245(A)(2) - Felony

PC 12020(A)(1) - Misdemeanor

PC 422 - Could be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony depending on which subsection was specifically violated. Given the assortment of charges already asserted, this one will likely be a felony, too.

PC 246.3(A) - Misdemeanor

The best advice you can get is to hire a lawyer. These are serious charges and you could wind up spending a lot of time in jail or prison. If you can't afford a lawyer, the public defender will be appointed.
