Misuse Of County Employees
A middle manager at the California HRA was fired for ''Misuse of County Employees''. I was wondering if she could face criminal charges for using employees to install things in her home.

Of course. She should promptly get counsel, before it happens. Experienced counsel could also deal with the civil and employment issues, and to try to avoid criminal charges being brought.
