My mother's checking account is in her and my names... My sister stole a blank check from my mother and wrote a check for $100.00 to herself and actually signed the check in the bottom right hand corner... She did not forge my or my mother's name... She deposited in her bank and signed it on the back with her account number... Has any crimes been committed... She did it without our consent... We live in California... Thank you
