Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Upon moving to wa, state from ca. I incurred a misdemeanor drug (11377 )chrg. I returned to ca.for the sole purpose of court. Can I if convicted transfer the probation requirements back to where I moved to? Public defender, suggested i take the charge rather trial to prove my innocence and offered prop.36, I have health issues and have no desire to return to ca. To carry out a sentence by conviction with out defense has left me pretty sick of the whole legal system.

If you are expecting formal probation and drug programs, you'll need your public defender or someone you hire to TRY to get formal probations and programs 'moved' to another state's supervision. It will require cooperation from both states' probation departments and courts, so you'll need to hire someone in the other state as well.
