Is it unusual for someone to be murdered by being forced to inject heroin, so that the murder looks like suicide?

There have been cases where murder has been made to look like suicide. But that is more the realm of fiction mystery stories. More often there is a homicide (usually some kind of manslaughter) where someone injects another without intending to kill but accidentally gives the person an overdoes. That's how John Belushi died.
