Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

last night I was riding my bicycle at night the cop drove by me then turned into a gas station and parked i got off my bike used the cross walk and started walking my bike he drove down the strret then turned around and pulled me over. With out him asking I gave him my i.d. and he said he thought i was some one else and asked me why i didnt have a light i said because no batteries. So why he is explaining to me what i need to ride at night on a bike he keeps flashing the light at my eyes . Im not on parole or probation and he ask me if he can search me i said no. he says thats not the answer of a innocent person and askes me the last time i used and i said 2 months ago ( I HAD USED LIKE 2 HOURS PRIOR BUT NOT MUCH ). He doesnt believe me and starts to do all the test. he also said that if i tell the truth then he can be on his way and i can be on my way so i say told him i used. He reads me my rights and we go thru the testing proceess arrests me and says if i coroperate that we will go to the staition and he will site me out from the staition if not i will go to jail . I had to do what he said so we go back to the staition. Okay now is there any wrong doing on his part? Also this is like the 5th time i was pulled over in like 2 weeks. Thanks for your time.
