Open Container
i was just wondering if this is correct, i was intoxicated with my friends and my friend got pulled over and had everyone get out of the car and and they gave me a ticket that said open container but i wasn't the one with it. shouldn't i have just got a ticket for underage drinking?

Whether it is 'correct' will be determined by the outcome of the criminal charges, through appropriate motions, pretrial negotiations, and/or trial.
