How do I get a parole condition of no contact removed in California. Me and my boyfriend had a fight, I called the cops and when the cops arrive I told them I just wanted them to mediate for us. They said ok then went in the house and arrested him. The DVD charges were dropped and now his parole officer is adding no contact order for his conditions. Please help, have have been together for 2 years and he has never even raised a hand at me.

It's up to the parole officer. You can talk to the supervisor but your odds are not great.
