I was a passenger in ca and got pulled over and got. 23222b chArge and the driver got a dui . should i have got a driving charge ( the 23222b law) when i was the passenger

Doesn't sound quite right. It should end up as a different charge (if any) ... hire a attorney who practices in the court where the case will be heard. Good luck!

It depends. Did you switch driving and later admit to driving with the marijuana? An attorney is going to have to review the matter to tell you whether or not it was proper.
