Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

pc 1000 a third time

i couldn't afford the class the first time, served time and got out because the judge reinstated me back in. The second time I actually went and paid the enrollment fee as well as the first class. My brother sat outside for two hours and waited. I was released from the class after 12 days yet I was allowed to miss three weeks meaning there was one class a week. They also had me down for the wrong day. What should I do because jail sounds better than prop 36 and they are similar because you are on formal probation for three years after prop and jail. I am homeless and have a career & home in Hawaii while I'm stuck here in California with a bench warrant. It seems impossible to be on probation for three years and I really don't want to take pc 1000 for the third time. What can I do? Is it possible to transfer PC 1000 to hawaii because that would be ok. And also I have a child in Montana so I can't travel from state to state. Is it possible to explain all of this to the judge and get everything removed altogether because NA meeting sheets and other stuff are gone due to my best friend dying in the house I used to stay at. This is a long question with questions within it but all of this gives me a panic attack. what..??

It sounds like the best solution is to get yourself back before the Judge and ask to be sentenced for the underlying offense as a terminable disposition. Which means no probation but you would be sentenced to jail time. Depending upon your offense you would likely received a minimum of 90 days. Once the jail time is served your obligations to the court would be met. However, you would have the conviction on your record. Consult with an experienced criminal law attorney to discuss your options.
