Is my possession of stolen property felony i did 3 days jail for a strike in california and can i get it expunged?

I'm not sure I understand your question but possession of stolen property is not a strike and you cannot get a crime expunged if you have a current charge pending.

Some CA criminal convictions can be 'expunged' from criminal records by proper application and Petition to the convicting court, but ONLY IF there was no felony prison time sentenced whether served or not, and if all terms of sentencing and at least one year of probation are completed, and if there are no new charges pending.
