Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Pro Hac Vice and Out-of-State Attorney .....

Is there a special program through the ABA and/or Cal.Bar, that allows an atty., to practice the law in more then a couple of states?

I've recently heard of ''Pro Hac Vice and Out-of-State Attorney Program''.

Is this the only one?

How does one find such a ''unique attorney/firm, etc.?

I need one ASAP.

Attorneys are licensed one state at a time, and let me tell you, just being licensed in two states is a royal pain in the butt and expensive to boot. Usually "pro hac vice" admission requires a local attorney assist the out-of-state attorney, so only wealthy people and big corporations are able to go that route.
