Criminal threats, Penal Code 422, is a wobbler, which means it can be charged as a misdemeanor or felony. If you were convicted of a felony 422 as an adult, it is a strike under the There Strikes law.

Whether you are an adult or minor, the judge can impose any reasonable condition of probation. Curfews are most common in juvenile cases.

Without more information, such as your age and criminal record, and the circumstances of your offense, nobody can say whether you will have a curfew or what time it might be.

You should ask your lawyer, who is in the best position to answer this question.
