Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Probation Issue

I am currently on probation. I am required to meet with a

theropist. She is required to submit yearly reports to the

probation department. My request is basic, Can I have access

to these reports. I am paying for all sessions, and believe

that i should have access them.

yes, you can have access to all your medical records. just make the request in writing.
