Probation Violation
I got a citation for ''Minor In Possession'' at a firend'sbirthday party on 6/23; I was put a one year's probation last July. I served 40hours' community service, and have attended college full time the past year.
Should I expect the full one month jail time for this offense?

You will have to be more specific about "minor in possession." Of what? Alcohol? Drugs? Your sentencing order should tell you whether you have to do jail time or not. Whether you do depends entirely on your sentencing order. E-mail me with a few more details.
