Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

probation violation

1st offense w/law in 03/07, been on fromal/testing probation. 2 violations in 1st yr. just been notified of 3rd violation, looking at 4 yrs. state time. p.o. suggesting live-in drug facility. what can i do to make sure that when i go to court for the violation that i won't be going to jail that day? i have completed all terms of my probation except for financial payments and random testing twice a month, not knowing how many tests they wnt before saying that i don't have to test anymore. i served 33 days after the last violation for the bench warrant &violation. i've had a clean record before this, no problems w/law. i was scared, nervous confessed wrongly, stated to narcotic detective the situation, being the 1st time arrested & scared that the meth was mine for personal use, that i wasn't transporting. he said it was to late to change the charge. public defender wasn't any help either, never gave me any options, was treated like acrack hore. i don't want to go to prison, please help me.

Re: probation violation

You would need to retain a very dedicated and diligent private lawyer. Even then, there would be no guarantee that you would not go to state prison. The fact that P.O. recommends drug facility is in your favor.
