I know a 'professional shoplifter'. He shoplifts EVERY DAY, which represents hundred of dollars every week in stolen merchandise. Should I report the individual? If so, how do I do that without revealing my identity?

Without 'revealing' yourself to police, they will not likely be interested, but you can try by calling them.
