Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

How do I prove consent? I was talking to a female online and we both agreed to meet up at a hotel and exchange sexual massages. Once we met up at the hotel at night she gave me a sexual massage afterwards I made up an excuse saying that I had to go to work. About 4 hours later I get an email saying she felt that I raped her and my response was what are you talking about I didn't even have sex with you must just be looking for money so don't contact me anymore. And now 2 years later I'm being accuse of rape. How do I prove that the reason we met at the hotel was give each other sexual massages and nothing else happen?

You probably can't. But, the prosecutor also will have serious problems proving his case and convicting. The only advice of value to you now is to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney, and say NOTHING to law enforcement except through your attorney. Do not discuss this case with ANYONE at any time except your attorney. That includes social media, friends, family, etc. If serious about getting counsel if this is in SoCal, feel free to contact me.
