I was accused to slap somebody into the face. The case was dismissed, because there was no evidence for that and the witness did not show up. But, the public record did not disapper and shows divers information. What should be done to clean the record. Thanks, Simone

You need a little more information. You state you were accused of slapping someone. Was the case that was dismissed a civil case or a criminal case? If the case was criminal you should file a 1203.4 expungement motion to have the record removed.
