i got pulled over for dui my car got searched cops found nothing i got arrested for dui and my car gets towed away. when i got released from jail i try to get my car and the officer said they found drug perifenilia under the passenger seat where my friend was sitting. can they add a drug charge to my dui if when they searched the car the first time before it got towed they found nothing?
