Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my first question has already been answered, and that question was { IF a person files a police report using a different name other than their REAL name, would that or could that be filing a FALSE report} but Im open for more answers.

my second question is, should I go back to the police and show them the proof I have OR hire an attorney IF I can find one that will do it PRO-BONO because I have NO funds left to hire one

That question asks for specific legal advice that could have serious legal consequences, which can not ethically be offered here. Here you can get ONLY general guidance. You should consult with and seek advice of local criminal defense counsel about the potential consequences of your proposed and past actions, after full discussion of ALL the facts, before making any such decision. Pro Bono may not be available, but you could try contacting the local Lawyer Referral Service for names of attorneys who may do 'low income' clients.
