Question about arraignment

Hello,

I am wondering how long a District Attorney has to arraign someone for a PC273.a (Felony) after they have been bailed out of jail?

Re: Question about arraignment

The District Attorney has no statute of limitations to abide by when filing a felony. Generally, arraignment occurs once a person bails out within 3-6 weeks in most courts. For further information, please call (800) 382-3100
