Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am reading the results of a livescan. after the "court" header, it list the dispo and then says:
"sen x12 mo prob w/out supv. $150 fine"
what does the "x" mean? was the 12 months of probation suspended? was he on probation for 12 months?

Imposition of sentence was suspended, defendant was placed on unsupervised (aka informal) probation for 12 months and order to pay a fine of $150.
