If I recant my statement does that make me an uncooperative witness instead of a victim of a crime?

It really depends on why you change your testimony. If you realize you were wrong about whatever you witnessed, you should tell the truth of what you believe you saw....even if its different from what you originally said. If its for some other reason, than that probably does make you an uncooperative witness. I would have to hear more.......... David Wallin
