can i received a abstract of judgement in a criminal case from any criminal court house
Your question is a little confusing.
You can get a copy of an abstract of judgment from the court clerk in the county where the criminal case was filed. If you're in a county where there are multiple courthouses, you would have to go to the courthouse where the records of that particular case are kept.
If you went to a different county, that court would not have access to the records.
