restraining order & my property
can a girl friend empty out my resident while I`m in custody ?
she has lived with me less than 2yrs and now has had me thrown in jail for qoute terrorist threat ? and put a restraining order for 30
days so her family could empty out
my home she came into this relationship with very little and now
wants to steal it all she has told
the law that she she is my Mrs but
her id still carries her maiden name
and she self inflickted bruises to herself . we never have been married in california but she told the officers that she was my wife and they never thought twice to check her id. she is not on mydeed to my home either

You need a good lawyer to use all possible facts in the defense of your criminal case which should be your priority. Only your lawyer can analyze the whole situation, including police reports, etc., and tell you which facts are going to be helpful in your defense.
Beyond your criminal case, you can sue your girlfriend in a civil court - small claim court perhaps - for anything she stole. Even if you get convicted for terrorist threat, this does not give your girlfriend a free pass to take your things. Civic court can impose money damages in your favor.
