can my roommate get a restraining order on me even if ive never assulted them or been arrested for it

Yes. Just about anyone can go into court and request, on an emergency basis, a restraining order against someone else and get it, even if it's based on lies. A hearing for the permanent restraining order will be set 21 days out. They have to give you notice so that you can appear and defend yourself.
