Restraining Orders

My teenage son was in an abusive relationship, and his girlfriend and her mother were granted a restraining order against my son contacting them. Now though, the girl is frequently calling and emailing my son to harrass him. To my knowledge he is not responding and has not violated the restraining order, but is this contact from the party who initiated the restraining order legal? It seems like goading or an attempt to entrap the restrained party into violating the order. What is our recourse here, if any?

Her conduct does not violate the restraining order. However, it may be sufficient for you to get a tro against her. Contact an attorney to review this matter>
