Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

On my search warrant on the back of the page where the judge signed there is an option for hobbs seal approval yes or no box, both yes and no boxes have been checked. Does this make the search warrant invalid?

Was there something sealed or you're just noticing that there were two conflicting boxes checked.

The attack on the warrant would be whether or not there is/was probable cause for the warrant to be issued or if there were false or misleading statements by the officer to get the warrant.

Search issues are always fact specific, so your attorney is going to have to look at everything closely... especially given this error.

I agree with Mr. Dane. The issue is going to be whether or not there was probable cause, not a typographical error.
