Im a first time offender so i was wondering what is standard sentancing for these charges. And if theres a chance i could be offered classes instead of jail time and also if the charges will be cleared from my record?

You sound eligible for pc 1000 diverion. If you are, and you complete it successfully, it will be dismissed and the case will result in a dismissal and you will not be convicted of anything. Its a program 18 months long. No jail time. David Wallin at wwwamwallinlaw.com

It really depends if they were charged as a felony or a misdemeanor. Let's assume they are filed as misdemeanors. You are probably eligible for diversion program depending on the county your in. You need to either get an attorney to assist you or you need to find out what the county you are in offers for diversion. Good Luck
