hi my name is tanya i recently was refered to you by some friends out in ''Berdoo''. they directed me your way in hopes of you giving me some information concerning my son. In 2005 my son Ryan Clarke was arrested and sentenced to 15 yrs in the feds . He was out in Iowa and got busted for interstate trafficing, conspiracy, gang affiliations and a fire arm. While he was doing his time out in Victorville he ended up just recently as May 26, 2009 catching 95 more months. from what my sons grandmother told me was the attorney that repersented him on his recent case said that there were alot of discrepenys pertaining to his first case and that someone might beable to reopen his first case. Long story short I am despret to try and find a way for my son to not do twenty five years of his life behind bars. His name is ryan Clarke D.O.B 01/21/1984. Just a couple of weeks ago they shipped him out of Berdoo back up to the East coast. If you could please give me any information concerning my question it woould be most appreciated.. Sincerly tanya My email address is cashnin1@netzeronet

Re: sentence modifications

You will need to have an attorney review his file for the first trial. Unless an attorney is appointed by the court it will be necessary to retain an attorney to review the file for the first case. The cost of this review will depend upon the size of the record.
