Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Have two seperate FTA. Disposition on both show; PLEA OF GUILTY/NO CONTEST AFTER HEARING. Last actions shows [FTP RF PHASE 1 ] and other is [ PRD RECEIPT NUMBER ] Case status on both show in collections FTP. For not showing up, the judge entered I plead guilty. can they do that?

Sounds like they did.

Your question should have been 'what can I do now?'

The answer to that is that you should hire a good defense attorney to appear in court with you on each new charge, with a really credible good explanation why each of the FTA[s] aren't 'legally' justified, to request the arrest warrant[s] be recalled, and that you be allowed to withdraw any plea and put the case back on calendar for normal handling.

The Judge and Prosecutor aren't going to be happy with you or your requests, or your TWO FTA's that they will tell you show contempt and disrespect for the court's orders and authority.
