Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have served time in a state prison. I have given back my number. Now I am on summary probation. am I still considered a fourth waiver. plus what do I need to do to find out when I am no longer a fourth waiver?

You'll have to check the terms of your probation. Not every grant of probation comes with a search clause.
